Discussion on the reform of English teaching in colleges and universities from the perspective of application-oriented talents training

摘要
伴随着国内高等教育改革发展的深入人心,原有的高校英语教学方法已经开始朝着应用型人才的目标转变,并获得了不错的效果。但从实际的教育实施中发现不少院校还是沿袭了古老、过时的教学模式严重地限制着学校应用型英语人才的培训效果。本文针对高等学校英语教学中出现的问题做出了全面性的研究和探讨,并根据其中出现的问题提出了若干可行的处理意见,以供广大的教育者参照、借鉴。

Abstract
With the deepening of the reform and development of domestic higher education, the original English teaching methods in colleges and universities have begun to change towards the goal of applied talents, and have achieved good results. However, from the actual implementation of education, it is found that many colleges still follow the ancient and outdated teaching mode, which seriously limits the training effect of applied English talents in schools. This paper makes a comprehensive research and discussion on the problems in English teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward some feasible solutions according to the problems, which can be used for reference and reference by the majority of educators.
