摘要

在当下的国际环境中，其对人才的重视力度是逐渐加强的，各国对人才的争夺力度也越来越大。本文通过对发达经济体国际教育合作与交流的现状、内容和影响进行相关阐述，以期能够良好应对并做好相关科技创新人才流失预防、知识和技术共享权利等问题，从而达到良好提升国际影响力、强化国际话语权的目的。

Abstract

In the current international environment, its attention to talents is gradually strengthened, and the competition for talents is becoming more and more strong. This paper expounds the current situation, content and influence of international education cooperation and exchange in developed economies, in order to well deal with and do the prevention of brain drain in scientific and technological innovation and the right of knowledge and technology sharing, so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing international influence and strengthening international discourse power.
