Research on the path of "learning and training optimization" of National Aerobics high-level sports teams inColleges and Universities under the background of sports education integration
体教融合背景下高校民族健身操高水平运动队"学训优化"的路径研究

摘要

“十四五”时期后，国家大力支持各地实施"文化自信"和"健康中国"，各地相关部门纷纷响应国家号召，开展了丰富多彩的全民健身运动。当前，各高校应抓住当前民族健身操教育的热潮，引进民族文化元素，建立高素质的民族健身操队伍，深化民族文化与民族健身操教育的融合发展，培养高素质、专业化的民族健身操运动人员，落实体教融合发展目标。基于体教融合背景下的高校民族健身操队伍学训优化的路径进行了简单的分析，并就如何处理这些问题进行了探讨。

Abstract

after the 14th Five Year Plan period, the state strongly supported the implementation of "cultural self-confidence" and "healthy China", and relevant departments around the country responded to the national call and carried out a variety of national fitness activities. At present, colleges and universities should seize the current upsurge of National Aerobics Education, introduce national cultural elements, establish a high-quality National Aerobics Team, deepen the integrated development of national culture and National Aerobics Education, cultivate high-quality and professional national aerobics athletes, and implement the goal of integrated development of sports and education. Based on the integration of sports and education, this paper briefly analyzes the path of learning and training optimization of College National Aerobics Team, and discusses how to deal with these problems.
