当前，在民办高校开展团组织建设工作的过程中，其建设活力的发挥直接影响到民办高校团组织建设的各项成果。这其中，团干能力提升的影响存在于团建任务全流程的方方面面，尤其对基层团组织建设活力的发展具有重要的基础性作用。本文将从分析当前民办高校基层团组织建设工作中存在的问题出发，在综合陈述民办高校团干能力提升影响的前提下，试提出民办高校团干能力提升影响基层团组织建设的具体路径和措施。
