摘要
当前,在民办高校开展团组织建设工作的过程中,其建设活力的发挥直接影响到民办高校团组织建设的各项成果。这其中,团干能力提升的影响存在于团建任务全流程的方方面面,尤其对基层团组织建设活力的发展具有重要的基础性作用。本文将从分析当前民办高校基层团组织建设工作中存在的问题出发,在综合陈述民办高校团干能力提升影响的前提下,试提出民办高校团干能力提升影响基层团组织建设的具体路径和措施。

Abstract
at present, in the process of developing League organization construction in private colleges and universities, the exertion of its construction vitality directly affects the achievements of League organization construction in private colleges and universities. Among them, the impact of improving the ability of league leaders lies in all aspects of the whole process of League building tasks, especially in the development of the vitality of grass-roots League organization construction. This paper will start from the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of grass-roots League organizations in private colleges and universities, and try to put forward the specific paths and measures for the improvement of the ability of league leaders in private colleges and universities to affect the construction of grass-roots League organizations.
