受新冠肺炎疫情影响，高校毕业生的求职方式以及企业的招聘模式发生改变，从传统的线下笔试面试、线下招聘会转变成云面试和空中招聘会，就业工作呈现特殊性和复杂性。高校少数民族毕业生就业观念落后、就业能力下降、就业层次偏低等问题凸显，本文提出高校辅导员在推进少数民族学生就业工作的进程中要做到“三个到位”：思想引领到位、就业帮扶到位、心理疏导到位，以更加扎实的工作作风将少数民族学生就业工作落实落细。
