后疫情时代高校少数民族毕业生就业工作困境与思路探析

摘要

受新冠肺炎疫情影响,高校毕业生的求职方式以及企业的招聘模式发生改变,从传统的线下笔试面试、线下招聘会转变成云面试和空中招聘会,就业工作呈现特殊性和复杂性。高校少数民族毕业生就业观念落后、就业能力下降、就业层次偏低等问题凸显,本文提出高校辅导员在推进少数民族学生就业工作的进程中要做到“三个到位”:思想引领到位、就业帮扶到位、心理疏导到位,以更加扎实的工作作风将少数民族学生就业工作落实落细。

Abstract

Affected by the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the job search methods of college graduates and the recruitment mode of enterprises have changed, from traditional offline written test interviews and offline job fairs to cloud interviews and aerial job fairs. Complexity. The problems of backward employment concept, declining employability and low employment level of minority graduates in colleges and universities are prominent. This paper proposes that college counselors should achieve "three in place" in the process of promoting the employment of minority students: ideological guidance in place, employment in place The assistance and psychological counseling are in place, and the employment work of ethnic minority students is implemented in a more solid work style.
